Data Rights Request
Facebook User Data Deletion Instructions
According to the Meta (Facebook) Platform Terms, we must provide you with instructions on how to request the deletion of any data shared between your Facebook account and our online store.
We do not store or keep copies of your specific Facebook login data on our servers; however, data is shared when you use services like the "Login with Facebook" button or certain Facebook/Instagram sales channel features.
To ensure your data is fully deleted, you must complete two steps:
Step 1: Remove Our App Connection from Facebook
This step removes our connection and revokes our permissions on the Facebook side.
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
- Click on Settings.
- In the left menu, select Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- Find and click on 4OneLove2 in the list of active apps.
- Click the Remove button. You may be given an option to delete posts or other data created by the app; we recommend selecting this option.
- Click Remove again to confirm.
Step 2: Request Deletion of Associated Store Customer Data
This step ensures any associated customer records (like name, email, or order history) stored within our Shopify platform are permanently deleted.
We are committed to complying with all data privacy regulations (like GDPR and CCPA).
If you have an active customer account with us or have placed orders, you can formally request the erasure of your personal data by following these steps:
- Please send a formal data erasure request to our Privacy Team via email @support@4onelove2.com
- In the subject line, please use: Formal Data Erasure Request (Facebook)
- In the email body, you must include:
- Your full name and email address used on the store.
- The date you submitted the request.
- A clear statement requesting the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
Upon receiving your verifiable request, we will process the erasure of your personal data from our store systems (and notify all relevant third-party apps we use) within the timeframes mandated by applicable data protection laws.
